Semi-Cling: Semi cling means the peach flesh tends to "cling" to the pit when slicing. All our semi cling varieties ripen very early in the season, before Red Havens.

Freestone: Our first 100% freestone variety is Red Haven. This variety ripens about the 15th of August which marks the beginning of “freestone” season. Every variety that ripens later than Red Haven, is a freestone. Freestones are great for freezing and canning because the flesh falls so easily off of the pit when slicing.

White Flesh: Our white flesh peaches ripen mid-season. They are sub-acid (no acid) so the sweet flavor of the peach is very pronounced. These peaches are extremely aromatic, freestone, and are great for desserts.
